What I love about the daily creative practice of writing, as a film maker, is that writing lets me convince myself that I’m the type of person who gets it done. I do and ship work that matters, practically daily, and even though the creative work is in the form of writing, I then get to transplant the confidence gained through knowing that I’m a creative person into my professional discipline of film making.
